Digital Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead the whole Digital team which includes experts from Paid Search (PPC), Search Engine Optimization, Copy Writing, Social Media and other digital channels. 
  • Build good teamwork.
  • Assigning tasks to team members.
  • Liaison with other teams in the company.
  • Handle assigned campaigns under the supervision of Managing Director.
  • Involve brainstorming and ensuring deliver out perfect proposals to pitching/ presenting to client.
  • Ensuring the client understands what to expect.
  • Define the scope and timings of campaigns.
  • Constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed digital concepts.
  • Ensuring that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the campaigns management process.
  • Ensuring a part of team of Search Marketing Specialists, develop a clear SEO and SEM strategy, social media to achieve client goals and objectives through the customization of campaign strategies.
  • Ensuring to send report clearly and timely, keeping records and other documents related to client’s campaigns.
  • To be responsible for the smooth running and completion of campaigns across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximising online sales opportunities and search marketing.
  • To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI.
  • To analyse campaigns, identify trands and provide fast, accurate reports, optimising campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the organisation.
  • To work together with other departments and divisions within the organisation to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
  • To be willing to list to and support colleagues and team members with professional problems, devoting time to impart expertise, infusing confidence and expressing positive expectations regarding the team’s and company’s performance.
  • Align key performance indicators to digital measurement framework. Deliver standard reporting across engines for defined KPIs.
  •  Execute other tasks as a requirement of the Managing Director.
  • Report to Managing Director.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 4 years of experiences in Digital Marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experiences in a manager position.
  • Good at analysis, planning and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly-organized.
  • Excellent English capabilities.
  • Search (SEO & PPC) experience.
