ABOUT THE CLIENT

 

FV hospital is a Vietnam’s only internationally accredited healthcare facility. FV hospital is a wholly foreign-owned general hospital, offering a wide range of medical and surgical services under one roof, equipped to care for you from consultation and diagnosis through to the completion of your treatment. FV hospital was the first hospital in Vietnam to be accredited by an international organization: the French Haute Autorité de Santé in 2007. FV hospital is presently working to achieve recognition from the global leader for accreditation, the JCI (Joint Commission International) by 2010.

 

THE CHALLENGE

 

FV Hospital was looking for a digital marketing campaign which could attract potential customers for FV’s services and promote its membership card program. FV Hospital desired to become a great companion always supporting and taking care of people’s health in Vietnam. 

 

IDM SOLUTION

 

IDM’s strategy met the needs and expectations of FV Hospital in terms of building customers’ trust and long-term commitment to the hospital. IDM created a Facebook Fanpage as a destination  to provide beneficial information related to health issues. Through Facebook Fanpage,  IDM accomplished a successful digital marketing campaign to increase user engagement, the traffics to FV Hospital’s website, stimulate health conscious from the potential customers.

 

THE RESULTS

 

Facebook Fanpage

In order to encourage the members to “stay healthily with FV Hospital”, the Facebook Fanpage has provided a variety of information about not only health issues but also nutrition, beauty and any interesting topics related to “healthy lifestyle” to retain an interactive community. Alternatively, news updates around medical achievements and entertainment features have been also included. There is also a unique tab welcoming questions related to health issues from the members of the Fanpage that are advised from the professionals and doctors in FV Hospital. Indispensable features of the page Fanpage includes photos, videos for TVCs  and a seperate tab for  FV membership directory with full of information about the program. The fanpage attracted more than 20,000 fans in a short period of time.
